Have questions? We've got answers.
What age is the Thiingy sensory teething ball for?
Most babies begin teething between about 4 and 7 months, and a teether is generally suitable once your baby starts reaching for and mouthing objects. Thiingy is designed for this stage, with soft silicone loops for chewing, varied textures for sensory exploration, and a soft integrated rattle for auditory play. As with any teething toy, use it under supervision and inspect it regularly for wear.
What is the Thiingy teether made of, and is it BPA-free?
Thiingy uses platinum-cured LSR silicone loops with a food-grade polypropylene hub, made from materials suitable for mouthing and chewing. It is free from bisphenols (BPA), ortho-phthalates, PVC, lead, and latex. The combination is intended to be gentle on sore gums while standing up to repeated chewing.
How do I clean the Thiingy teether, and can I chill it?
Wash Thiingy with warm soapy water between uses as needed; it is also dishwasher safe and safe for high-temperature sterilization for a deeper clean. It is freezer safe, so you can cool it for added relief on sore gums. Many parents prefer chilling a teether in the fridge rather than fully freezing it so it stays comfortable to chew.
Will the Foxii corner protectors damage or leave marks on my furniture?
Foxii attaches with genuine 3M® adhesive in a simple peel-and-stick application, designed to hold securely on clean, dry surfaces such as tables, shelves, and other sharp edges. Adhesive performance can vary by finish, so it helps to test on a small, hidden spot first and to avoid heavily textured or delicate surfaces. When removing, peel slowly and wipe away any residue with a gentle cleaner suitable for that surface.
How do I install Foxii, and what are they made of?
Foxii corner protectors are 100% silicone with a soft, pliable, fox-shaped design, and come four to a set. To install, clean and dry the corner, peel the backing, position the guard, and press firmly for the best hold. Check the protectors regularly and replace any that become damaged or loosened over time.
