This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases on quarkbaby.com (the “Website”), operated by Quark Baby Ltd. (“Quark,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order you agree to this policy together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Handling Policy.

1. 14-day refund
You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund on unused items returned in original condition and original packaging. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Items that have been opened, used, or assembled are not eligible for return (for health and hygiene reasons).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, an approved refund is processed within 5 business days. If an item arrives used, damaged, or not resalable, a restocking fee may be deducted or the return declined.
2. 30-day exchange or store credit
Within 30 days of delivery you may return an eligible item for an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. Exchanges are processed as a new order — we credit the value of the returned item and place the new order separately.
3. After 30 days
After 30 days, items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
4. How to start a return
Quark is an online store, so all returns are shipped back to us.
- Email help@quarkbaby.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
A Return Authorization is required for any mailed return or refund. Returns are made at the customer’s expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refused or unclaimed shipments are treated as returns and may incur return shipping charges.
5. Gifts
Gifts can be returned for store credit up to 90 days from the purchase date with proof of purchase.
6. Final-sale items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Special-order and pre-order items
- Opened or used items (see Section 1)
7. Order cancellations
We process orders quickly. To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of ordering at help@quarkbaby.com or 1-855-HI-QUARK. A cancellation isn’t confirmed until we email you. If an order can’t be cancelled, this return policy applies.
8. Special orders & pre-orders
Special-order and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed. We’ll give you an estimated lead time before you order; delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed. We’ll contact you or ship your item as soon as it arrives.
9. Manufacturer’s limited warranty
Quark warrants its products against substantial defects in workmanship and materials under normal household use for one (1) year from the purchase date. Register your product at quarkbaby.com/warranty for an additional 6-month extension.
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any item requiring service. This warranty does not cover damage from neglect, accident, or commercial use, and is void if the product is used with an electrical converter. Liability for consequential damages is excluded; proof of purchase is required. Some provinces and states don’t allow certain limitations, so parts may not apply to you, and this warranty gives you specific legal rights that vary by province and state. Customer service is provided within North America.
