This sweet and savoury purée recipe is rich in omega 3 fatty-acids and antioxidants thanks to its primary ingredients, salmon & strawberries. Watch below to see how easily the Quook baby food processor handles this intermediate recipe 👨‍🍳

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries 
  • ½ cup salmon filet, skin removed 
  • ¼ cup leeks 
  • 2 sage leaves

Wash all ingredients thoroughly 🍓

Cut stem off strawberries, and cut each in half. Cut leeks into 1” cubes. Cut salmon filet into 1” cubes 🍣

STEP 3

Add all ingredients into steaming basket within stirring cup, and lock into place on the Quook Food Processor. Press STEAM button and set timer to 20 minutes. Cycle will begin automatically 💨 

STEP 4

Once STEAM cycle is complete, remove ingredients from steaming basket and place into stirring cup, keeping the residual water. Apply spill proof cover and reinstall the stirring cup 👩‍🍳 

STEP 5

Press AUTO BLEND button. Cycle will run for 60 seconds. When done, remove puree from stirring cup. Serve warm, or store for later! 🥣

Strawberries are full of antioxidants, but can be replaced with other fruits like orange, mango, or blueberries. 😋
